These terms of service (the "Messenger App Terms of Service") govern the use of the Messenger App Reels Insights (the "App") and Facebook Page Reels Insights (the "Page"). WOWREELS PTY LTD (the "Company") owns and operates this App and Page.
The Company allows you to access the App and the Page without fee. Any use of the App and the Page are subject to the Messenger App Terms of Service. Using the App and the Page, you agree to the Messenger App Terms of Service and all other terms and conditions that generally apply to the Company website (all of these are the "Terms"). You can only use the App and the Page if you understand and accept all of them.

Restrictions
When you use the App, you may not (or attempt to):
- use any part of the App in an illegal manner or for an unlawful purpose;
- copy, sell, rent, or sublicense the content of the App to any third party;
- circumvent, reverse-engineer, modify, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security technology that the Company or any third party uses to protect the App or encourage or help anyone else to do so;
- access the App other than by means authorized by the Company.
Changes or Discontinuation of App
The Company reserves the right to change the availability of the App. In addition, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or termination.
Removal or Unavailability of Content
Sometimes, content on the Page may become unavailable due to our policy or legal reasons. The Company will have no liability to you for any such unavailability.
Changes to the Messenger App Terms of Service
We may change these Messenger App Terms of Service from time to time, so we encourage you to review the most up-to-date version at the App periodically. If you refuse to accept the updated Messenger App Terms of Service, then the Company reserves the right to discontinue your use of the App.
Communications
By using the App, you consent to receive communications from us throughout the App. These include marketing communications such as updates about the App features and the Page content, special offers, promotional announcements, and customer surveys. If you no longer want to receive such communications, simply Mute or Delete the App from your Facebook account.
Other Terms
You acknowledge and agree that certain descriptions of the App or content available on the Page are not guaranteed to be accurate. You agree to use the App at your own risk, and subject to applicable laws, the Company will have no liability to you for any content that you find offensive.

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that the Company has no responsibility to you for) your use of the App, any breach of your obligations under the Messenger App Terms of Service, and for the consequences (including loss or damage of any kind which the Company may suffer) of any such breach.
You acknowledge that your online acceptance of these or any other terms constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Company and signify your intent to be bound to such online acceptances. Subject to applicable laws, in no event, will the Company's liability for any causes of action brought by you or any agent of yours arising from or related to the services provided by the Company.
Unless not permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that the Messenger App Terms of Service and your relationship with the Company under the Messenger App Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the App will be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
